The living blog . . .
Okay, so we're all too busy with day-to-day details, possibly too tired at the end of our days to even think about looking at or posting to our blog. Well, I'm like a deserted soldier where I will faithfully hold my ground until one of you comes on board. Please give me a sign that you're there!

I would very much like this to be the place where participants (teachers and administrators) can speak freely about what we're doing, and more importantly, what we're doing wrong. Success depends on feedback, and I know we all want this to work.
